Orders placed on weekdays before 13:00 on the Mec Monkey website will be delivered to cargo on the same day unless otherwise stated. If there is a situation that prevents your package from being delivered to cargo on the same day and the product cannot be shipped, an information e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you provided in the order form.

Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on the nearest business day. Public holidays and Saturdays are not considered business days. On days that are half-day public holidays, the cargo may be postponed to the nearest full business day.

Tracking numbers for orders delivered to cargo by us are generally sent to you via e-mail on the day they are shipped, or at the latest the next morning. Your package usually reaches you the day after the shipping date or the day after.
