Return policy

Any product sold on the www.mecmonkey.com website can be sent as a return cargo within 14 days via a contracted cargo company on behalf of Mec Monkey, if the box or packaging has not been opened, and a full refund will be provided.

The package of the returned product must be unopened and undamaged. Returns of opened or damaged products are not accepted.

Change Policy

In order to request an exchange for the products you purchased, the following conditions must be met:

1. Unopened Package: The exchange request will only be accepted if the cargo package is unopened, the product is unused and in resalable condition. Products with opened or damaged packaging cannot be exchanged.

2. Shipping Fees: In case of product exchange requests, shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. When sending the product back for exchange, the buyer pays the shipping fee and the shipping fee incurred when sending the new product to you after the exchange will also be covered by the buyer.
